how did you make that link? trying to figure out why some are linking off site and some are working correctly.

I use the web UI, the link should diect to your intance's version of the community, not to the lemmy.dbzer0.com instance.

Apps might behave differently.

(And my link is the exact same as the link you put)

might not be federating correctly. yours is a direct link mine is a relative link. but both look the same on Lemmy instances.
