You never hear about the US hacking China or Russia at the state level. Is the US that good, or just not playing?

Would China or Russia ever admit that they were hacked? I'm actually surprised the US said it, doesn't seem like something you'd want regular people to be aware of.

There was stuxnet so they can be that good

I personally think there’s a lot of US backdoors in hardware and software distributed around the world, so it’s possible the US doesn’t need to be as active in hacking targets.
