The police will likely shoot a dog during a raid
The kid is crying in the pic tho. Pretty sure the cops arenβt weeping afterwards. If anything they have a huge grin on their face with a boner.
You could maybe read it as the cop having implicit knowledge and mourning the loss before he takes action. Like "I sure will miss ya"
