If you have to wait over 1.5 years for a car, is it too much to ask for all the bolts to be tightened?

I’m eyeballing those stripped out looking holes underneath. And they just left it unprotected? Warm fuzzies all around.

Yep... To be fair they're behind the bumper, but still. Don't know what they're for.
