The two on the left, upper row 10"/lower row 6", are of this style:
Oh cool. Is the left one for bacon, to keep it out of the grease? We have 2 10", one 12", a 12" carbon steel pan, and an enameled dutch oven. That pretty much covers all of our needs. I'd still like to get a carbon wok though. Oh, and my wife has one of those flat ones like on the right side of your picture, but I never use it, and I don't think she does either.
