This CD was in my binder but I can't seem to find it anywhere via search. Any ideas?

ETA: Almost certainly TPN out of Cottage Grove, MN

Rip it to mp3 and then run it through something like this https://picard.musicbrainz.org/

Picard uses AcoustID audio fingerprints, allowing files to be identified by the actual music, even if they have no metadata.

Does FreeDB/GnuDB match it?

Have you tried using Shazam or something like that against one of the tracks?
