Real estate firm Kilroy Realty acquired the (current Flower Market) property with plans for an office development...'

...a financial agreement (the Flower Market has) with Kilroy is dependent on the future construction of the originally planned office development.

Hopefully they decide to build affordable housing at the old location, this city doesn't need any more office space.
