Cool, now ban disposable vapes.
Edit: I’m pro-legalization for most drugs. Disposable vapes just result in too much unnecessary plastic waste.
Or, you know, prosecute the people giving them to kids and remove the tobacco license of those selling it to kids... Like you do when kids get alcohol or pot.
Disposable vapes need banned because of their effect on the environment. That’s not exclusive to kids.
That's more fair but addressing that piecemeal by limiting freedom is stupid, instead of just requiring recycling or incentivising it like all successful bottle recycling schemes do.
