Let's crunch the numbers, would it be financially sensible to pay for m to f transition of Employees, so you can pay them less in the long run?
With 27% pay cut and the employee having a 3000/month salary and them working a decade in most cases yes
Hold up, doesn't that depend on the transition costs?
