I just did. It's dumb. There's a woman chased by a terminator with a minigun... And it just doesn't hit her and keeps waiting for her to run away when having a clear shot.
The thing that made the first terminator movie so good was that people didn't seem to have that much plot armour, with the terminator starting off the movie by just actually killing the people it wanted dead and Kyle having a hard time coming up with anything beyond "let's just run away". Terminators that have a worse aim than Stormtroopers facing a Skywalker family member won't create that atmosphere of fear.
