So the hearing has finished but they're not announcing the result until march? That's not dodgy at all!

No one declares a jury trial over until the verdict is announced though.

But this isn't a jury trial, is it? In my opinion, if they don't announce the results very soon, then that has to mean that they're guilty, it's just a matter of what punishment they'll be given. That, in my opinion, will actually take longer to decide than the actual guilty/not guilty decision.
