It does not, unfortunately. It’s really missing something for scrolling in the thumb areas in general. It’s the one thing missing for me that I have on my MX Master mouse.
I don't think you're talking about the same thing.
Don't really miss them, though... particularly having to clean it regularly
Yeah, I love my trackball, but I have to clean it once a week.
I did also have mice with balls at the bottom when I was young, but I honestly forgot they existed! I even had the apple mouse that had a ball instead of a scroll wheel and it was horrible. I am just not used to people wanting them, lol. When people ask me about balls on mice they usually mean the additional thumb area one.
I don't get why anyone would want a ball mouse either. One tiny spec of dust gets picked up, the mouse doesn't fuckin work properly until you take the ball out and clean it. Every 5 minutes. When optical mice came out, never had that problem again.
