Did this happen last Thursday? The huge amount of snowfall that day wreaked havoc in my town as well

No, this photo is almost three years old. The accident happened in Dnipro, Ukraine. I couldn't find a lot about it, but here is a Ukrainian article that covers it. Sad spoiler if you want to look at the other photos or translate the article: a person died :c
