Well, when all the boomers die, they'll be plenty of stock, but no one to fill them so houses will be cheap cheap cheap!
Except all these boomers are going to sign reverse mortgages and the houses are going to end up being owned by Mega corporations
Hahaha yea right, more like mega corporations and rich foreign investors to snag up and charge rent on average americans
