I used an iPodTouch from gen4-7 as my ‘smart phone’. Funny thing, for some reason WA wasn’t compatible. So I veered in the direction of Signal. And over time taking a closer look at WhatsApp made me realize that circumstance guided me away from it, to my, and my friends greater benefit. So no, actually WA will not be transcribing my voice messages, not any time soon. Of this I can assure you.
