Florida real estate has been in a downward spiral for months, with some condo owners listing their properties for 40 percent cheaper than they're worth just to unload them.

I thought things were worth what people were willing to pay. That is the justification when prices are rising.

Guess the condos are actually worth 40% less than the condo owners think they are worth.
