living in florida currently. went to a bar around noon one day after work and sat a few empty seats away from an older guy who was sent to this place as a kid because he couldn't sit still. conversation started out with him telling a bad joke about a gay army recruit and ended at the florida boys school. it was really sad and i wish i could forget the encounter.
