These are not designed for non-business customers or sold retail. They are thin clients for businesses to cut down on management costs supporting end-user devices. Similar to a thin client for Citrix. I don't think this article made that clear when it said. "It’s meant to be the ideal companion to Microsoft’s Windows 365 service, which lets businesses transition employees over to virtual machines that exist in the cloud and can be streamed securely to multiple devices."
