I hate looking for jobs. The whole process always feels way more complicated than it should be...

Agreed. Kinda dreading having to do that soon for when I graduate.

Wishing you the best with that!

I'm guessing there'd still be some joy from finally graduating?

I dunno, studying is fun. Though obviously difficult, in its own way. The main thing is that I'm worried what damn continent I'll be on in 6 months lmfao, and also whether I'll need to once again rebuild an entire friend group after leaving the environment

It's been 20+ years since I graduated college, and I still regularly talk to my mates I made in my first year. Making close friends once you hit the workplace can be tough. It always surprises me which coworkers become long-term friends. Usually it's not the ones you'd think when you're working either.

Yeah. It's gonna be fucking hard to keep friends from college if I'm on a different fucking continent from them though. Hardly have any friends in Hong Kong left at this rate, everyone's emigrated.

All my uni friends are UK or Europe based. I live several hours time difference away from all of them. It's not especially easy, but it's possible.
