Sorry I was out on a hike since I posted the challenge in the morning. And yes, you were meant to find the "nut" and you did a perfect job in doing so. It is indeed a Eurasian Nuthatch! ๐
I didn't want to make it too easy, so I explicitly chose a picture with not only the bird itself but also some seeds as a red herring. ;)
