Before the API changes Teddit was one of my favorite ways to browse Reddit. It seems like more and more that companies make changes that reduce privacy.

It's awesome to see how a lot of the "mods" (since I don't have a better word for that right now) are promoting lemmy.

It'll take some time until it's really robust and mainstream-friendly (federation mostly), but I have the feeling that we'll be there very soon with the current developer-activity and influx of new contributors. The majority of the work has been done already by pretty much just 2 people (compare that to reddits employee count of ~2000).
