lol, we still don't know who actually won the 2000 election, so I'm going to put my money on "never".

I think we do know it was Gore. The Supreme Court and Republican plants in Florida stole that election but people weren't paying enough attention and thought that level of corruption wouldn't happen here. Surprise! It did happen
