This is a space for those brave enough to take on the 100-day challenge designed to push your body, mind, and discipline to the limit.

Murder Hornet 100: To be done every single day. If you miss a step or a day, start over to day 1.

• 100 reps of leg presses or squats

• 100 reps of bicep exercises

• 100 reps of tricep exercises

• 100 push-ups/dips (Participant's choice)

• At least 1 mile run/row/bike (Participant's choice)

Follow your own strict food plan

• No cheat meals

• NO alcohol

Dedicate 30 minutes daily to learning something new or improving a skill

Take weekly progress photos to track your transformation and inspire the swarm

I genuinely don’t understand the mass downvoting. I was expecting you to talk about some nasty polarizing topics, but no, just self improvement. It’s not even crazy self improvement.

Thank you! Meh, I got a bit of a downvoting brigade that follows me around, but it's all good.

I really made this community as a diary for myself, and if other people feel inspired to do something, then yay. But I'v always figured it was mainly going to be an audience of one.
