Reddit is asking me to turn on notifications when I already have notifications turned on. (lemmy.world)

Hi, I'm currently annoyed. I had gotten a notification popup about a response to something that I posted in a subreddit that is not on Lemmy yet. When I tried to check my notifications for it, it just says "Turn on notifications" when I already have notifications on and I don't know how to fix this. I have tried to post in r/help about it, but it fails to saying "There was an error. Please try again later." and I'm not sure what to do now about this.

This is not only happening again, but r/help is also coming up as not found now. And Reddit is not reporting any outages according to the X page.
