It'd be great to have an actual place that isn't just Christians screaming that LGTBQ+ people are of the devil and need to burn, and at the same time not have edgelord atheists decrying that they have figured out everything and are smarter than everyone else
Bingo. That's what r/exatheist is for me. Both extremes usually get talked down by the mods who tend to be fairly even-keel. Slightly undermoderated (both sides get away with just enough to not feel like anyone is getting stifled... as long as they don't go full-insult)
The other sub I like (but only lurk) is radicalchristian. I'm not Christian, but I love the way they look at the world and their religion.
In that regard, /r/radicalchristianity would be a good one, as they’re lefty Christians (you know, like Jesus himself!)
