The worst part is that you played near-optimally and still lost. You wisely tested the double-letter case, and it ended up being the wrong letter. You eliminated a lot of good letters before you got trapped, and even that wasn't enough. This particular trap exploits weaknesses in most of our playstyles, and I don't have a consistent way to beat this.

What stings is that I had CORED in mind for my third guess but I ended up going for CHEER. 😅
