Judges are the government. This judge clearly didn't read the Supreme Courts decision they're trying to use as justification here

Also, you literally just read the shit aloud and have them sign, wtf are you "performing". You're just the facilitator to their marriage that is 100% legal. This is like that county clerk years go, If you don't want to do something that is YOUR JOB then fucking quit. Any other job you'd be fired for refusing to do your job.
