is anyone else having federation issues for kbin 'magazines'?

I've been subscribed to m/mma for a month and posts/comments do not come over to lemmy in a timely manner (or at all in some cases)

I'm not sure if the issue is on the lemmy side or the kbin side so I don't even know where to check or submit an issue

welp, now I'm hit with the dreaded 'subscribe pending' issue

definitely some gremlins in the machine somewhere

and my comment from Lemmy has not showed up on the kbin side yet after 5 minutes

I think I may also ask on the kbin side for some insight
