Where does a philosopher go after narcissistic solipsism? Once you've decided that everyone else is an NPC (and you might as well be one) and that there is no morality except that created by our own conscience, how do you consider other pov?

It doesn't matter if everyone else is a p-zombie. If you're a dick to them, they might still cut you, and pain is real. So it's worth considering their POV.
