I switched to seroquel a few weeks ago. Part to help with sleep and also to keep me stable. I am finally sleeping now... 8-10 hours vs. sporadic 2-5. Then I have to unfuck my mind to wake up at 5AM. Takes about 6 hours to shake it off. Is this normal?

Tell your doctor about that. They might try lowering the dose. I've heard that the "mind glue" side effect is sometimes caused by too high of a dose.
