I guess the good news is, it's not limited to Boston. I've been burned by "transit tracker" in multiple cities.
Had a good conversation with Amtrak as well... Had a ticket from a specific city and the agent just laughed. "Oh, that train is ALWAYS late..."
I figured, OK, sure, 20 minutes? 30 minutes?
Nope. 3 HOURS late, and when they said "always" they meant for the past 20-30 years at least.
"If you're continually 3 hours late, for 30 years, why not just make that the new schedule?"

"Well, we can't do that..."
