Around 34 schools are at capacity according to the Calgary Board of Education.

Absolutely right, and completely intentional.

To make matters even worse, they're funnelling public education funds into things like charter schools.

The end goal is to destroy public education, just like the heathcare sector is being crushed to justify for-profit healthcare.
