Andor is exceptional and the best episodic Star Wars tv show ever made

That's because andor isn't a star wars story it just takes place in that universe.

At ita core it's a heist and prison break redemption arc

At this point: Mediocre (and often boring) storytelling, flat characters and cheesy nostalgia. Andor is surely not that.
