Bougie propaganda, the traitors to the revolution get sent to supervised work camps so they can learn not to be lazy. Death is rare in the camps!

After all, dead workers can't make Papa Stalin a new tank.

This was crossposted from someone else but according to the original author it's a play on "nobody wants to work without profit insensitive" and also people being afraid of Stalin. It's not intended as anything deeper.

I have genuinely no idea if you were joking or not but either way, this is probably context that might be useful for other users.
