Hostile architecture is among the symptoms of the hostile modern city, where neighbours never say hi, and people die on the streets as people walk passivly by.
Not so sure as someone who deals with the worst parts of the city. Op why don't you give them your yard to camp in or let em crash on your couch? Your answer is the same one the people who own these building owners have.
I don't want my city to build homeless beds disguised as benches scattered throughout.
