I, for one, am glad that AI is no where near able to implement this ability. That said, I'd be worried if they said they implemented it and used it as a way to target political enemies.
They’ll just make a script that randomly generates a number and that’s the citizen they haul away.
That would be great because then it probably wouldn't be accidentally racist or intentionally political.
