To get the community going, what's your favourite way of preparing coffee? Any tools you can't do without?

I've been converting from coffee to matcha. It gives me a lot more energy and focus without the coffee jitters and stomach issues

Porque no los dos? (I meant to make a matcha latte but found out my milk was sour after I had already been prepping... Didn't want to let it go to waste. Tastes surprisingly good!)

My wife uses "moon milk" for her matcha lattes. Extremely tasty while covering all your daily sugar intake in one glass
