Let's try not to use gendered language.
"Landbastard" is the preferred designation.
I think "landleech" rolls of the tongue better, but it feels wrong to compare them to something that plays a legitimate role in its ecosystem.
A landbastard also implies there's a seabastard, skybastards, and firebastard
Call them the derogatory term that they are: Capitalists.
