- No discussion of piracy/backup/warez/dumps.
This includes linking to communities that do discuss such topics. This includes discussion of tools designed for piracy even if you do not use it for piracy.
- No buying/selling/trading
No buying/selling of hacked Vitas or accessories. However the exception is if it's something new and novel (like a hardware you produce), you may advertise it if it doesn't break any other rule.

What firmware version? I haven't broke my Vita so I don't really have the fixing experience, but maybe reinstalling the firmware could help https://cimmerian.gitbook.io/vita-troubleshooting-guide/serious-problems/bootloop
Assuming you use a non-permament hack that you can't exactly use now, I'm not sure how you could put the files there if you got them.
I'm on 3.68. Thanks for the link the instructions there are really detailed for an idiot such as myself.
