General Taylor Swift discussion. Welcome all Swifties!
Bring your clown hats, your wild theories, and your hype, this community is for you.
Some basic guidelines:
- Posts should be about Taylor Swift
- "Shoehorned" articles about Taylor are considered not relevant.
- Criticism of Taylor is fine, but open trolling or low effort posts like "Her music sux" will be removed.
- Downvote trolling is actively monitored. Downvotes are enabled and welcome, but if all that you do is downvote, it will result in bans. Join the discourse, if you don't like this community feel free to block it. Admins have the ability to see votes by user, and we use that ability here.
- General "Don't be a dick" rules apply, no trolling, no being a jerk
- No NSFW. This is a fun Swiftie community. NSFW is banned here.
- Use the "spoiler" tag generously when it comes to Tour spoilers. Pictures and outfits are fine, but streams/setlists should be marked. (Remember while the US tour is winding down, our global Swifties are just ramping up)
- Add [Spoiler] to your title
- Use the spoiler text for any spoilers in comments/description (the triangle with the exclamation point)

I'm going to the concert so I'm trying to avoid it. There are some things like photos that there's no way I could avoid them, but the songs, how she plays, the stage, that I'm trying to avoid.
As soon as my date passes though I'm for sure going to watch as many streams as I can!
i went to a concert recently where a friend diligently avoided set lists until we were there, and then was pulling them up on her phone to see which we had. although partly because i was a bit fidgety and wondering when they would play the hits.
said hits - all packed into the second encore
why? Why go through all of that effort just to jump the gun last second?!
Mod question: should we avoid posting spoilers here? I would imagine NSFW tags are not ideal.
Good question, I'll have to address it on the side panel.
In the future state of Lemmy when they implement a flair system I think it'll be appropriate to flair items as "tour spoilers".
For now, I think using the spoiler text setting would suffice. For me it's the little triangle with the exclamation point, looks like /!.
In markdown you can use it like:
Tour Spoiler
I'm going to absolutely die dead when she plays ...Ready for It?
