Thanks, I've had so much practice that it's second nature to me. I find the trick is to pinch the filter to the paper between three fingers to form a valley to put the weed in. Then I sprinkle in weed and nudge it even with my finger and remove excess. Then pinch the paper together at the filter end and then roll the paper between your fingers to form it into a cylinder. Then you just tuck one edge under the other (harder than it seems) and seal it. The biggest trick is learning how much weed to put because too little or too much makes it hard to roll.
