A place for everyone to share their homecooked meals. Jarred spaghetti sauce and boxed noodles absolutely. Ground your own mix of chuck and wagyu for your steakhouse burger with garlic aioli and seasonal greens perfect. Frozen pizza, TV dinners nah.

I fried up some ground pork with chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic power, splash of fresh lime juice, and let it get pretty crispy little bits for texture. Mixed it with monterey jack cheese about 2 parts cheese 1 part pork. Worked really well. Gave good flavor but not so overbearing a flavor that the pepper still couldn't shine through.

Sounds great! You cant be wrong with lots of cheese! I googled the recipe and realized how delicate toasted/skinned peppers are and how easily they tear while stuffing/coating them, impressive!
