First aid. Most people have no clue what to do for common injuries like a somewhat larger wound, a burn, a broken finger, cardiac arrest etc. It’s not something we’re generally taught in schools and in most places, also isn’t mandatory for things like a driver’s license.
Learning basic first aid means you can help others and yourself when the need arises. Instead of panicking or waiting, you can actually help. And in cases like cardiac arrest, every second counts.
Please learn basic first aid.
