Yeah, that's cool and all, but how are they going to pay engineering talent enough to move out there? LA and Orange County housing isn't cheap...
I guess it depends then on the number of engineers, but they'd probably need a substantial pay raise to justify moving out to such a high COL area.
My experience as an engineer is that companies now are paying sub-living wages, so maybe I'm a tad jaded, but...
