Today's was total BS! Spoilers:

They really had "bits of hardware" not include bolt, AND "fishing gear" not include rod?

I got none of them. I think I got three "one away"s in my attempts.

Yeah I failed too for the same reasons. I figured out all the categories but kept messing up one piece.

Wait you had figured out all four categories? There should only be one way that all 16 words can be arranged into 4 categories.
