My wife and I had a good laugh that they brought over the "Is it me?" Scene from the last one.

Like, it has no bearing on the show so far, just a fun callback.

I was half expecting the cake to be poisoned that Homelander brought to the lab.

Poison would've been way too subtle for Homelander. But I was expecting him decorating the cake with some caretaker-guts.

I just love how everyone involved with raising Homelander keeps reminding him he could have left at any time and no one on earth could have stopped him. Hes got to absolutely hate being told that.
