I can't find any, it's either cam footage from some fans or capture from a Fifa simulated game

A broadcaster in your country will likely have exclusive rights to the highlights and therefore YouTube will be blocking access to everyone in your country.

A quick Google seems to suggest there are some highlights on there, so yeah probably geoblocking
