Actually, he did. She started ~~U.N.I.T.~~ Torchwood after meeting him. They fought a giant bee. Or wasp. Or something. (Edit: she was a werewolf)

He’s also married to Queen Elizabeth I.

Victoria was werewolf, with David Tennant and Rose. The wasp was with Agatha Christie and Donna
