So? If we assume 50 cents per mile and a budget of only 5% of those 318k (16 k) $ that means you get to drive 32'000 miles per year and hardly spend anything on your cars. The average spending for mobility is a whooping 16 %, which would be 100'000 miles in this case. The average is 13'500 miles.
