As someone who was medicated for ADHD all through childhood, I dearly wish they'd have just given me weed instead. Almost all of it was the pharmaceutical equivalent of synthetic cocaine and it permanently damaged my body by jacking my blood pressure through the roof for almost all of my formative years. That doesn't even begin to address the hyper mood swings that certainly didn't make my teenage years any easier.
It boggles my mind that doctors give these drugs to children but clutch their pearls over a fuckin plant in the dirt.
Appreciate you sharing your experience, don't mean to make them sound like magic pills. Just the substitutes I'm on haven't done shit except make my dick not work
